Tridion UGC Blog Series: Analytics

Managing and Analyzing Comments/Rating from CME

You can manage the comments and rating which might have been submitted from your website through the Tridion Content Manager Explorer (CME). You can do following from the CME:

  • Add/Edit/Delete a comment for a page or component from CME
  • Moderate (Accept/Reject etc.) a comment from CME
  • See specific rating submission details
  • Set package variables pushed to the stack by the default “Enable User Generated Content Processing” TBB

For this, you need to open the desired page or component in CME and navigate to the “Comments” or “Ratings” tab in it accordingly. (If you have installed the UGC, these tabs should automatically appear for every page and component)
